We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and business details when you create an account. We also collect review data from connected platforms (Google, Facebook, Trustpilot) that you explicitly authorize.
Your information is used to provide our review management services, generate AI-powered replies, send notifications and digest emails, and improve our platform. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
All data is stored in encrypted databases. OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. We use HTTPS for all communications and follow industry-standard security practices.
We integrate with Google Business Profile, Facebook Pages, and Trustpilot APIs to fetch and respond to reviews on your behalf. We also use Stripe for payment processing and OpenRouter for AI reply generation. Each service has its own privacy policy.
You can access, update, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings. You may also request a complete data export or account deletion by contacting us at privacy@fybroo.com.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
